SpOOOooKy Times

For some, politics can be thrilling, for others unsettling, perhaps even downright spooky at times.

This being October, we at The Reader’s Review are happy to continue with hair raising themes for your reading enjoyment. It’s in that spirit that we present yet another reading list of some of the best horror books.

We’ll admit it; choosing what to include the list was a little scary because there are so many great titles to choose from. Think of this as just a primer for those of you who like to explore what goes bump in the night.

Below is a list of books that is sure to keep you awake at night. And remember to visit the San Francisco Public Library to get your copy… and a hearty thanks to Booklicious and other literary-minded blogs whose lists we borrowed from.

2. The Exorcist, William Peter Blatty.

3. I am Legend, Richard Matheson.

4. Silence of the Lambs, Thomas Harris
